Current Status: Design
A “top end” 40 unit development with a mix of two and three-bedroom units with an average area of 200m² has been designed with key liveability features in mind. These features include generous living spaces that cater to the downsizing market while achieving accessibility for the aged, multiple car and golf buggy parking plus flexible storage choices. Located next to Redcliffe Golf Course and overlooking Hays Inlet the site has convenient access to local shops and community facilities. Development features include an inground swimming pool, sauna and spa at ground level plus a rooftop entertainment area.
The design strategy was to orient units to maximise views while considering solar access and privacy to the neighbours. Moveable screens and planting to the large balconies were also incorporated to help with controlling solar access and privacy while helping to articulate the building facades.
