Located at Bribie Island, Mark Williams Architects were employed to provide contract administration services for Chelsea 15 Luxury Apartments; this included coordination of interiors, colours and helping coordinate authority approvals.

​

A prominent site that has views over Pumicestone Passage it is surrounded by shops, houses, and townhouses. The development includes a secure car park, a ground-level shop and 16 two and three-bedroom units.
 
Built by Midson Construction (Qld) the project challenges included restricted site access including a limited area for site storage, traffic management, integration with existing services such as low and high voltage power lines and authority requirements.
