At Mark Williams Architects we provide a free one hour initial consultation at the office with one of our Architects to generally discuss the proposed project.

To help make the most of this time we ask that prior to the meeting some general information is provided that could include:

  • Site location;
  • Total project cost (budget);
  • Time frames;
  • Your expectations;
  • Type of building;
  • Scope of work;
  • Photos;
  • Any questions you may have.

What we will discuss:

  • Architectural services;
  • Cost management;
  • Estimated time frames;
  • Other consultants required to help with the project;
  • Required authority approvals;
  • How to arrange for a builder;

This initial consultation is more to cast a professional shadow on how Clients could proceed with their projects, expected timeframes, approvals needed and other professionals required to be involved in the project. It is not to analyse or prepare design ideas nor consider detailed project costs.

Mark Williams Architects offers a range of professional services which can be tailored to suit individual client and specific project needs.
